They didn't shag in the morning. Draco was still sound asleep when Harry was awake and restless, so he went down to the kitchen and made tea. He'd read as much of the Prophet as he could stomach and was working on a Muggle crossword when Draco came down the stairs in the pyjamas Harry had left out for him on the bed.
Rumpled Draco with his bed hair and bleary eyes was one of the cutest things Harry had even seen, and that he was wearing Harry's clothes was enormously satisfying. Harry was quick to get him tea and make him a full fry-up, which they enjoyed side by side so they could work on the crossword together. The day outside looked sunny and cold, and Harry was in no rush to leave the warm comfort of home.
After breakfast, they settled in the living room where Draco looked over Harry's Christmas tree with a critical eye. He declared many of the ornaments to be 'tacky' and 'cheap', but Harry noticed that he didn't say a word against the hand-crafted ones Teddy had made over the years. Even the one Teddy had made as a toddler—which was a mixture of paints that had ended up brownish grey—received no comment while a red bulb with gold glitter was deemed 'garishly Gryffindor.' Perhaps Harry should have been offended, but he found himself smiling more and more with each insult to his décor.
